R.I.P. - Sassy - 1995-2011

We had to put our beloved Tuxedo kitty to sleep today. She was suffering from kidney failure and had lost half her body weight since December.

She was a darling, darling girl and I will miss her forever.

As we have no children, our pets have are the closest we have to offspring. Losing either of them is heartbreaking.

My hubby loved her so much, even when she was driving him crazy. She was our early alert system for when the water bowl was empty, or the liiter box needed to be changed. I'm going to miss hearing her in the morning and snuggling with her at night.
