R.I.P. - Sassy - 1995-2011

We had to put our beloved Tuxedo kitty to sleep today. She was suffering from kidney failure and had lost half her body weight since December.

She was a darling, darling girl and I will miss her forever.

My heart hurts. We loved her so much and while I know she's no longer in pain and it was the right thing to do, I just really miss her.

When the hubby got stationed across the country from me for five years, he left Sassy with me so I wouldn't be alone. As long as she was with me, I wasn't lonely.

She was my little, furry rock. And now she's gone.
